Olives

The small Taggiasca olives not only produce an excellent Extra Virgin Oil, but are also a goodness consumed whole.

The olives in brine are prepared according to the old Ligurian recipe. The same, pitted one by one, are then left to rest in our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The Taggiasca olives come from the olive groves of our farm.
